In a distant land there exists a city, a wonderous city filled with the scent of magic, a city full of wonder and excitement, a city of the free and just, a city- of Dragons.
The city of Emberscale has been home to the dragons for millenia, since the great race  of Mithril dragons founded the city upon the baron land and created life. The Mithril Dragon of stone became the walls of Emberscale and it's ultimate guardian. The Mithril Dragon of the Arcane filled the city with magic and created spires magical barriers, temples and thrones. The Great Mithril Dragon of Life gave birth to the first dragons of which all dragons are descended, and the essence of the third dragon spread out from the city and created forests and miriads of strange and exotic creatures to inhabit them. This was the golden age.
Millenia on the the new dragons have become the wisest and most powerful creatures in the land, yet so young compared to the great dragons of old who created them so long ago. The dragonmages of the city study the unfathomable depths of Arcane magic from there spiralled eldritch towers, whilst the blacksmith hammer beats in the market as dragons go about there daily business, buying food, armour, weapons, clothes and other necesseties. The city is governed by the council of High-Dragons  powerful, wise creatures, led by the Arch Dragon the oldest and wisest of the council.
But alas this peace cannot last as there is treachery afoot, somone seeks to disrupt the peace and cast there shadow upon this land...who will rise to save this fair city?
